Crympets, Ricotta a Compot Llus

Dyma rysait perffaith ar gyfer Sul y Mamau.

Cynhwysion;

2 grympet

2 lwy bwdin o ricotta

1/2 llwy de o fanila – dwi wedi defnyddio past fanila

Llond llaw o lus (ffres neu wedi’u rhewi)

2 lwy de o fêl/surop agave/surop maple

Dull;

  1. Rhowch y llus mewn powlen addas a’u rhoi yn y meicrodon am funud cyn ychwanaegu 1 llwy de o fêl.
  2. Cymysgwch y fanila, gweddill y mêl a’r ricotta.
  3. Tostiwch y crympets.
  4. Taenwch y cymysgedd ricotta ar y crympets ac yna arllwys y llus cynnes ar y top.
